Organised by the Horizon2020 B-Hub for Europe project, the training is aimed at decision-makers of public and private organisations looking to implement, develop or adopt blockchain-based technology.
DAY 1: Blockchain capabilities and trends
Get to know the blockchain functionality, its capabilities and the upcoming industry trends. During the first training day, we will cover the following basics:
- How does blockchain work?
- What are the key advantages of the technology?
- What are the current use-cases?
- What are the use-cases in participants’ sectors?
DAY 2: Interactive Design Thinking & Adoption Planning
Deep-dive into an interactive design thinking workshop and create an actionable plan on how to adapt the blockchain technology in your organisation through:
- Situation analysis / use-cases overview
- Needs identification and use-cases adoption workshop
- Create use-cases for blockchain adoption
- Ideas presentation and feedback session

Training sessions are funded by the Startup Europe agency of European Commission. The programme is carried out by the B-hub for Europe project partners. In Berlin, the blockchain training sessions are organised by Connect Global.
