Where to find support for your blockchain projects ? On September 2 at 11h00 am CET, Systematic Paris-Region, BpiFrance and Caisse des Dépôts associate for a webinar in French. Nadia Filali will present the actions and funding opportunities of Caisse des Dépôts; while Ivan de Lastours de Bernarde from BpiFrance will offer an overview of the French blockchain ecosystem and existing support initiatives. Lastly, Karl Gedda and Mona El Jadaoui from Systematic Paris-Region will present B-hub for Europe‘s actions on a national and European level.

Presentation

B-hub for Europe is carried out in France by Systematic Paris-Region. B-hub accelerates European blockchain startups through a dedicated programme (applications open until September 8), and connects public and private actors interested in integrating blockchain with innovative startups.

Two key public investment institutions will offer a perspective on blockchain developments in France and funding opportunities in the blockchain sector, for SMEs as well as private and public actors interested in blockchain projects.

Caisse des Dépôts, major public sector financial institution, delivers specific funding, and training in the blockchain domain to a variety of economic actors. BpiFrance acts as a key innovation catalyzer by interacting with national blockchain stakeholders and by offering dedicated support to blockchain SMEs.

  • 11h00-11h15 : Overview of the French blockchain ecosystem and BpiFrance initiatives (Ivan de Lastours de Bernarde, Blockchain Pilot at the Direction for Digital Transformation, BpiFrance)
  • 11h15-11h30 : Support initiatives from Caisse des Dépôts (Nadia Filali, Director of Blockchain Programs & Pilot of the LaBChain Consortium, Caisse des Dépôts)
  • 11h30-11h45 : B-hub for Europe opportunities (Karl Gedda and Mona El Jadaoui, French partners of the B-hub consortium, Systematic Paris-Region)
